By accessing or using SQLStream ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
SQLStream is a SQL observability platform that provides real-time query monitoring, analytics, and performance optimization tools for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. The Service includes web-based dashboards, API access, and database proxy software that you install in your infrastructure.

SQLStream processes database query metadata to provide observability services. We do not access or store your actual database data - only query patterns, execution times, and performance metrics. Your data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Paid features are billed monthly or annually in advance. You agree to provide current billing information and pay all charges in a timely manner. We may suspend your account for non-payment after reasonable notice.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Enterprise customers receive service level commitments as specified in their separate agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary unavailability.
SQLStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and we will delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
